Lost Password/Password Issues
For lost username/password problems, please go to: https://www.billingsupport.com/index.html and use the "Personal Purchase Finder" form to retrieve your missing information.

You can also refresh your password at this site, in case it stopped working and you are certain that you have entered the information correctly.

Please be advised that all username/password combinations are case-sensitive.

Video License Issues
If you are experiencing problems with the video license, DRM Networks CT provides you with a free helpful Systems Report Tool on the following compatibility tests:

-DRM Security Version
-Browser Type and Version
-Cookies Enabled
-Download Speed Capability
-License Compatibility
-IP Detection
-Pop Up Blocker Detection

In the event that the DRM Networks CT detects issues with your system, information is offered for assessing and resolving problems, including links for required upgrades. If you wish to receive support assistance, your can enter and submit your email address into the CT Tool Report, and the DRM support team will quickly respond to your request.

How often is the member area updates?
Video gets updated about every 4 days, with 5-6 new clips being offered for you. Magazine Images, Erotica Images and/or PGTV Pictures are updated every week.
