You shall abide by all additional copyright or other notices, information or restrictions appearing in conjunction with any Content accessed through the Cheri.com.
- Cheri.com contain links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources and sponsors of Cheri.com. Selection of an ad banner or link will redirect you off of Cheri.com to a third party website. Transactions that occur between you and any such third party are strictly between you and the third party and are not the responsibility of Cheri.com. Because Cheri.com is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their contents, you should direct any concerns regarding any external link to its site administrator or webmaster.
- You shall notify Cheri.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- Cheri.com reserves the right at any time to charge fees or change the price for membership to Cheri.com. In the event that Cheri.com so elects, it shall post notice in the Member Area. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through Cheri.com or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you.
- Subscription fees are not refundable in whole or in part, even in the event your account is terminated. Once you sign up for a membership subscription to Cheri TV, you will be responsible for payment for the duration of your subscription. In the event of termination, your account will remain active through the end of the subscription term. Your right to use Cheri.com is subject to any limits established by Cheri.com in its sole discretion.
- Cheri.com may experience downtime due to unforeseen technical difficulties. Should Cheri.com be down due to such complications, Cheri.com will make best efforts to get the sight back up as soon as possible.
- You understand that, unless otherwise specifically noted on the registration page at the time of your registration to Cheri.com, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of your subscription period until you request a cancellation.
- You may terminate your account at any time by requesting a cancellation from a link in the Member Services section of Cheri.com. If you are unable to access the Member Services section, you may cancel your account by calling 1-800-893-8871. You will retain access through the duration of their subscription term. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is deactivated, whether or not such charges were actually incurred by you.
- Cheri.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of any Cheri.com Subscription Site for any reason, including, without limitation, any breach by you of this Subscriber Agreement, or assignment of this Subscriber Agreement by you.
- You acknowledge that site administrators have the right to terminate your membership without notice for any user who restricts, inhibits or disrupts Cheri.com or attempts to alter or improperly access any feature or function of Cheri.com.
